Anyone used Crashpadder?

Hey all,
Not sure if this is the right place to post but we just signed up to crashpadder as we have a spare room and struggling a little with finances, so any financial contributions are welcome! My question really was has anyone else used it either to rent out a room or to book a room? We live in West London on the Picadilly line so good for Heathrow and Central London...
Does anyone have any experiences of using crashpadder?
Thanks

Hi there, unfortunately I have no personal experience to help you but I do think you might get more responses if you post this question in the House Buying, Renting & Selling forum.
