If you have enough posts you can become a "Rater". You can then let the team know of interesting threads ;)

All threads have a "Rate It" button, but it's only available to those regeistered as "Raters"

Every thread has a "RateIt" button. It's needed in OS especially, as we, above all boards on the Forum :D have a thread in each and every weekly e-mail :T

Anyone want more info, I'll point you to the thread to sign up ;)

So Valli HAS got one because she talks so much :p

    Too right...

... OK... so I've had a lie-in, eaten half my breakfast and now need to get my act together if I'm going to have the place looking habitable by the time my parents arrive tomorrow.

I also need to 1. fill in my own self-assessment form for next week's selection pools; 2. make sure my IPC is up to date in case my boss remembers that he wants to see it and actually bother to do my Q1 rating 3. make sure my team's IPCs are all up to date 4. review the team's assessment forms and provide feedback 5. fill in my skills assessment for each of my team members 6. update my CV and post all over the internet 7. review and comment on the CVs my team have sent me...

oh yes... and go shopping, mow the lawns, tidy the garden, do some walking and go to yoga/pilates/swimming (preferably all three!)
