Thursday Scrubfest- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area Done

It was a tough one today! I've also shredded loads of paperwork that DH was collecting :mad: so the gerbils will be happy!

Well I got a lovely surprise 2 hours ago. BF phoned me to tell me he was on his way up, a day and a bit early Then panic set in when I realised what a state the house is!

So got in about a hour ago and ran about like a daftie. Just sat down with a coffee to catch up with the thread. Difficult to do now that I'm back full time, but I'm fairly obsessive about reading every post :rolleyes: Anyway, need to update my list.

My HHC didnt quite got to plan, i got my DW emptied and reloaded, did some dishes and S&S'd the kitchen. Then my mum phoned and i chatted to her for 15 mins. At least i did something though:D

1. Thoroughly clean the cereal/baking
2. dust and deweb
3. clean the lightshades
4. Wipe the inside doors.. inside.. and out!!
5. Clear one hotspot, or just spend at least 5 minutes tackling it

Back is hurting now, so ironing will have to wait till later...Taking DD to try out a dance class this afternoon, then it's straight to SW. Will be back around7:30, so hopefully I will do some then......xx

These are abbreviation explanations...
Swish and swipe/S&S means have a quick wipe over an area such as a sink or toilet to prevent the build up of dirt. This is usually done on a daily basis
HHE/HHC/HHI Half Hour exercise/challenge/ironing ... run around for 30 minutes to the Benny Hill music frantically cleaning exercising or ironing.. other music may be used if you prefer!
5GC five minutes gardening.. make it lovely for your family and enjoy it!

Have cleaned the kitchen...
wrapped a christmas pressie (there is a method in my madness - 'stocking fillers' are being wrapped as they are bought to protect them from prying eyes;))

No problem - I had to ask loads of questions when I joined inc about OH etc. The only one I got straight away was WIL which is used by Lil_me if I remember rightly. Can't think why:p;)

DD's dinner(pizza) in the oven, have hoovered through downstairs, going to have a quick S+S round the kitchen and then I think I'll do 15 mins ironing before we go out again xx

Actually did some flying this morning before work though I did sit and watch escape to the country - how sad I am at 7 in the morning!! I've:

ss kitchen
ss bathroom
loaded wm and hung out to dry
loaded dw
aired and made bed
showered and off to work

Everybody else who I've missed, don't take offence, I mean to write down things as I read so I can post but hey the memory is sh£te!! Hugs to all x
