Rosep unfortunately any exercise just tires me out more, I've found the only thing that works is complete rest for a week or 2 but we aren't financially stable enough for me to do that yet, once we are I'm going to be taking a week holiday to just rest (and fly) Got a holiday booked at the beginning of Sept to go down to my Parents for a week, I haven't been home since I moved here so it will be a few weeks under a year since I've been down there so definitely looking forward to that!!
I understand as my Mum has ME. She's had it since her teens and it got a lot worse when she had my sister, I was three so a three year old and a baby was just too much for her. She can't work or do much of anything really. Now she tries to manage her energy levels and does do gentle walking so that her muscles don't weaken too much. She gets a lot of problems because of lack of exercise - her muscles aren't strong so her back and pelvis and knees go out of place a lot. Anyway, I just want you to know that I understand what it's like as obviously I've seen my Mum struggling with this illness all my life.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D ETA: The smiling faces are for the star, not what I wrote about my Mum! Just realised it looks a bit odd!

Soappie, I've just booked a doctors appointment for tomorrow. I've got another headache, it came on after I blew my nose and yes, you guessed it...
It's so annoying! This is a week now! Thanks for pushing me to go and get it sorted out xx
Right, my next step is to have lunch and chop up all the meat for dinner. There is half a joint of roast pork that needs cutting up into bitesize pieces for a curry so need to do that long before I need to cook otherwise i will get disheartened. It will probably take ages, there is a huge amount of meat!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

It is very frustrating, I was lucky as my sister has it as well so as soon as my Mum saw the signs she was immediately on my back to go and see a GP. Took them 3 years to diagnose me correctly as they thought it was something else at first, which lasted the first 3 years, and when they did they signed me off work for 9 months!! I was going crazy, but it was also at this time that me and DH got together
I'm rather lucky really, my X left me because I 'wasn't me' anymore, as I said to him, would you be the same person if you werent able to get out of bed for 6 months?! If it was my choice I'd of been out of bed, working, partying etc etc as any 17yr old would, instead I was bedridden. He seems to understand now and suprisingly we are good friends now(DH don't like him though). I was doing ok but being so far from family has been very difficult, whenever I was bad I always had family around to help me out, it's a very long drive for a half hour visit nowwhich is why I look forward to their visits so much, which wont be happening anymore till end of the year as Mum won't be able to get time off work till the holiday season ends.
Flying wise, I've decluttered a Wispa with 2 ibuprofen to get rid of headache. Next I need to declutter lunch
ETA Rosep, I have suffered with headaches/migraines since I started my teens, they have now put me on something to help. I used to have a headache from the moment I woke to when I went to sleep at night, no painkillers, lieing in darkened quiet room, nothing helped. The tablet they put me on also helps with the above problem tooNow I get a good nights sleep, not that it makes much difference to energy levels :rotfl:
