Suggestion! Fashion, Beauty & Fitness Forum

At the moment there is a lively thread on Old Style Board called "Clothes OS". It is an MS thread, but not strictly OS. However I can see a dilemma, as there isn't really anywhere to post specifically for MS Fashion. The thread has evolved and has become rather multi-stranded as MS fashionistas jump at the chance to post about various aspects of a favourite subject.

A dedicated MSE forum for Fashion Beauty and Fitness/Well-Being would be great. Maybe moving the Beauty sub-board out of the Families/Marriage Forum. It could also incorporate Fitness/ Well-being , which would cover the slimming threads and general healthy living, diet and exercise posts, but excluding specific medical posts.

I'm sure it would be a really popular board and something that lots of MSE'rs would enjoy reading and contributing to.

Hope you will give some serious consideration to the idea!

Have bumped this to the top, following discussion on the H&B board. It seems maybe separate sub-boards for Fashion and Beauty and for Health and Wellbeing (including the existing slimming, fitness and depression threads) may be a workable solution.

Frivolous fay pop over to clothes old syle question may be answered there. PLEASEEEEE can we have a board dedicated to these areas. I love clothes and moneysaving, but there is no clear cut board for it to go on. The thread i'm lovin atm is a merged thread. With clothes old syle, but it's moved on from that and is sort of clothes new styleiyswim

I'm a bit worried about this actually.

If there's a board for Fashion, Beauty and Fitness I fear that I will therefore spend 24/7 of my time on it, therefore negating my need for any fashion, beauty or fitness tips LOL!

Being a girly girl but also a bit of a sports nut this type of board would be right up my street!

This would be a fab board - lots of us are looking for help with beauty & our wardrobe crises but still want to stay within the MSE world!

Yes please I've love to see an MS fashion & beauty forum, I'm really enjoying the exisiting thread and it would be great to see it expanded. Not sure about including fitness as that's another topic IMHO and would detract from the fab fashion advice:D
