    Oooooh BOB Hun

    :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

    The Liverpool linky is a real scream..BUT......only to be read AFTER the event...;)

    and actually, please don;t worry..it really ain't as bad as you think it will be...just stay at home the day before :kisses3:...and make sure someone drives you home afterwards.........and has food waiting :j:j (I nearly killed a cow on the way home I was so ravenous :rotfl::rotfl:)...ooh and that they (your minder :D) understands you will be a bit "weird" owing to the low blood sugar and stress and sedative etc.

    ...ooh.....and please do make sure you rest the day after as the sedative might still be active (I had a sudden conk out for a few hours the following day...not much warning....bit like a tree being felled :o)

    Hugs Hun...you will be OK...hope you have a dishy consultant ;)...mine was luverlyyyy.......:cool:

    So to sum up:
    3 days off with Jonny Depp on the DVD (plus a few interruptions on first day courtesy of agent Picolax so make sure the rewind facility is working and there are sufficent paper supplies ;))
    One supportive driver/cook to attend to your every whim (Edit: If Mr B aint up for it I can recommend a fantastic someone who is not a million miles way from here ;))
    Dishy consultant on the day

    What more can a girl wish for :rotfl::rotfl:....

    Hugs Hun..PM/ring me if you want a chat....

    hugs for you mrs...hope that ou get home to rest, relaxation and sleep and, unlike me, didnt giggle if a man had a nasty thing rather far up parts where the sun isnt meant to shine, and was peering into in an area he really shouldnt be looking at (upsidedown tonsils anyone?) ...also hope that the previous day you had full and free access to the loo...take it gently. These investigations really do wipe you out...in every sence of the word (pun intended). hugs for you!

  • Well thank you folks. Can safely report i am at the other side as it were.

    Luckily i avoided the evil stuff, as i went in for a private elective ( NHS choice scheme) short story long. They decided that as i was in for sigmoidoscopy that it was unnecessary ( they do give it you at local hospital so relief all round there) I did have a reaction to what they did give me though and am a tad itchy..but what the hell.
    Everything ok, so no worries there..have had offending bits sorted( i will leave you to your conclusions on that one.)

    Been very well looked after and folkies at work have sent one rotten joke after another as have my rellies..cruel or what?

    So not much else to report, except i am touched by your messages of support. Thank you once again.

    Will catch up with you all over the weekend as i am shattered. xx So apologies. Will look forward to your diaries and gossip. xx
