Hi, thought I'd share a great program I've found called 'Fairmount' for Mac. [Update: Oh, and it's free!]

http://www.metakine.com/products/fairmount/

It works with VLC (which I expect everyone already has) to let your computer view DVD discs as a 'standard' disc drive. This means you can copy/paste the VIDEO_TS folder and save the whole disc to your computer, menus and all.

Should you decide later that you actually want a video file instead of the (quite large) folder, you can use handbrake, just select the VIDEO_TS folder instead of the DVD as a source. (Oh, and of course iSquint to convert to iPod format)

Enjoy!

(Oh, and DVD DRM is great and you should not, of course, break it under any circumstances. Even if you really want to and your mum says you can and everything.)
