st johns wort

hi not sure if this the right place to post this but on sunday i started taking st johns wort and today i feel really lousy and heady - might not have anything to do with tabs could just be a cold! anyhoos, was wondering if anyone had experience of these tablets and if they work/how they work and did anyone get any side effects?
i do feel a bit sicky/tired/sorethroat/headaches but as i say there is a lot going around at the mo and could just be pure coincidence.
btw i am not taking any other medication as i know st johns wort can interfere with it.

All herbal and non herbal medications have side effects and there's plenty of info available on the net. Had you thought about not taking it for a few days to see if that makes any difference? HTH0
