It appears from a telephone call today from the letting agent that she is prepared to let me leave.
Any fees will be taken out of my deposit
The new agent has said they cannot hold me liable for further rent as they only hold my deposit and to get any further money out of me then they would have to take me to court and they wont bother with that.
So it looks like £500 is the total cost at worst.
What a sad world we live in when a previously quite content tenant has to pay £500 to move and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet.0
