Capital One Claim - Very strange

After successfully claiming back just over £1000 from CapitalOne, at the end of last year (including court case) I decided to try my luck and get another credit card with them to build up my credit. (Lesson learnt the first time). As im a much better position earning 30k a year, i thought it was worth a try. I was absoloutey shocked they accepted my offer and welcomed me with two phone calls as a new capitalone customer!!!

Just goes to show they dont check their records correctly. I've had the card now for a few months and pay off the balance in FULL.

As this happened to anyone else?

Why would they look at what you did do when they are looking at your credit rating now? Credit rating can go down and can go up over time ;)
