On the 28th May I sent off for a SAR from Capital One. I also enclosed £10. This morning i called them to find out when i would recieve my SAR only to be told that my £10 cheque had not yet been recieved yet they recieved the cheque i sent for my monthly payment. They said i should call tommorow and they would try and trace the cheque. Has anyone else had this problem?:mad:

Check your account to see if it has been cashed. If it has then they are accepting that they will do the SAR within 40 days.On the 28th May I sent off for a SAR from Capital One. I also enclosed £10.
