I am trying to have a no spend day, yesterday got off to good start and then I met some friends at lunch to have just one diet coke, low and behold the smell of food tempted me and I bought soup and a roll, total £4, half of my £8 budget for this week!

Not leaving my desk today for fear of spending again.
    Saving for an early retirement!

Not spent anything yet. Can't quite make up my mind whether to go out this afternoon (I'm on hols at the moment). Did have plans for today but haven't been able to find any motivation at all - must be hiding somewhere with that winning lottery ticket ;)

Went to the IceBar in London last night, was fab! Knew a guy who worked there, so was treated like VIP's, lots of complimentary stuff, but paid for some drinks, ended up spending £30, £20 in the bar and £10 on train, was worth it though, super duper fun!!

So, after that having a no spend day today, just been brought lunch by a work colleague, even though I brought in my own soup, will have that for dinner though.

Oh and I won a competition yesturday, a fab Philips coffee machine was on my doorstop when I got home, from a comp I entered, I have NEVER won anything before, was so pleased, even though I don't drink coffee!! Will sell it of give it as a gift or juts keep it cos it looks funky!!

Anyway, enough from me, Happy Birthday FunkyGibbons

    xx

Well I am rather pleased with myself, I went to town to do 4 hours voluntry work and got my bus fare refuned as always, I normally have a look round the shops while I'm there and I did today, but amazingly I didn't spend a penny, on the way home I found 20p so I'm actually up on the day so far and don't intend to buy anything at all!
  • £1.10 - Bag of crisps and can of coke!

    Hopefully that's all folks.
 Have champagne tastes...but got a beer budget!!
