Just worked for me. I think it was their site that was the problem as I only got the error message when I tried to log in.

but i've emailed them, can everyone who's having problems please email them to save just keep bumping the thread saying it, as it'll take ages to find the latest comps inbetween please x it's winbourne's fault, they broke it :rotfl::eek:

please can everyone email them & if it's not fixed for monday, i'll ring them be lost without the puzzlers :eek:

Log in, click on 'Magazines' in the green bar ..

on the topbar you will see 'Description' 'Competitions' 'Comp Winners' click on 'Competitions'
you'll get a drop down list, go to A-Z ,
click on it, go to H for Handy Crosswords
and the comp will be displayed for you to enter,

Please make sure you check the Comp ID Number with the Op's post..

if pasting + copying the 'Submit' button will not show, you have to take the last
letter/number off and type it in,
the'Submit' button should then appear in the
top right hand corner (in IE anyway) or press enter and it will appear.
Tip from Amilucky? Or you can click in one of the boxes with your mouse pointer
and press enter on your keyboard
and the submit button will appear
