click on it,

a page will show with all the magazine listings,
go to C for Chat Arrowords, click on it,
on the top bar you will see 'Description' 'Competitions' 'Comp Winners'
click on 'Competitions' and the comp will be displayed for you to enter,

Please make sure you check the Comp ID Number with the Op's post..

if pasting + copying the 'Submit' button will not show, you have to take the last
letter/number off and type it in, the 'Submit' button should then appear in the
top right hand corner (in IE anyway) or press enter and it will appear.
Tip from Amilucky? Or you can click in one of the boxes with your mouse pointer
and press enter on your keyboard and the submit button will appear

Note, there's an incorrect answer on one of hjb123's postings above, i.e.:-

The letters are correct but, as the clue is 'something you might find in a bathroom', I believe the answer should be TOWEL
