I am really sorry but cannot see the page before this page as keeps showing as error, does anyone know whats wrong with it?

if pasting + copying the 'Submit' button will not show, you have to take the last letter/number off and type it in, the 'Submit' button should then appear in the top right hand corner (in IE anyway) or press enter and it will appear.
