I just got a standard letter from First Direct today basically telling me where to go. Im just off to post the letter before action to them now :mad:

I just keep getting told tough. Barclays are supposed to be phoning back later but I don't hold out much hope.

Never mind what the banks say, they will try to make you feel like they are in the right
