Patching plaster (used to smooth over holes in walls)

Weve took some tiles off of our kitchen walls and now how holls in them
Looking through the Wickes book weve found a product calle dpatching plaster which you can use to fill holes up to inches deep
I wickes its 6l for 11 pounds
Ive got a feeling were going to need several tubs so does anyone please know where else sells this, we think it may be called different elsewhere and the costs

Are you retiling?

I always use bonding plaster, then tile over it directly. (Not advised by Thistle, but I've never had any problems on small holes) Dri coat can be tiled over directly.0

TBH, if you are tiling on top, you don't need a good finish as it will be covered anyway. I would just buy the cheapest filler you can. If the holes are really deep, you can pack them with card/newspaper etc to bring the level up and so use less filler and also allow it to dry more quickly. Any small holes or imperfections, don't even bother, as they will be covered over by the tiles anyway.
