Hi! Am new to the forum, so hello everyone!
My mobile phone was stolen while on holidays. Decided to buy a mobile from mobiles.co.uk, as their website boasts about their quick dispatch of items.
Mobile was ordered last Sunday, and I was delighted when I received an email telling me that it had been dispatched on Monday. Only problem is... I'm still waiting for it! Tried to contact them by phone, over 15 minutes wait without any answer of course. Contacted them by email instead and still waiting for an answer.
Am starting to wonder if this company actually exists... :cool: Has anyone else had trouble with them? Do they actually exist?!

Sorry to hear about your phone troubles.
I read something last weekend in The Guardian complaining about mobiles.co.uk . No smoke without fire? As someone who needs to get a new mobile, I'm curious, are this company best avoided???0 -

Yes, I've read that on their website but wasn't too sure in the end whether I could believe it or not...
Has anyone else had trouble with them or been very pleased about their service.
Am still waiting for the bloomin mobile and of course still no reply from customer services. I'm going to cry...0
