I visited that site and felt lost. Maybe I need to take a couple of hours to go through it with fine tooth comb. Dyslexia rules, I'm afraid.
Surely interest charges are not considered to be fines, are they?
Does it make a difference if teh contract/agreement, when settign up an account states these charges as being in place?0 -

What exactly are the fines? Are they the £40 for having gone over one's overdraft or for not having ther cash in the account when a DD or SO are due? Never quite sure where charges stop and fines begin?
.
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking as it's different to your previous question which I've quoted above. Let me know if I've got the wrong end of the stick.
You asked about charges going over your overdraft and bounced cheques/dd's/standing orders, and you can reclaim all of these.
You can't reclaim normal interest charges which are part of a product such as the 29.9% interest on a credit card for example.
I've just gone to find the direct link for you for the FAQ's but there's nothing in it!!

Thanks Lotta. I think I now understand what it's about.0

Just realised this morning that you have to be registered to read the FAQ's. Just follow the step by step instructions and you should be OK. If you've any more questions feel free to pm me.
