I can't always transfer to my iPod nano

Help please! I love Selected Shorts Podcasts. I have only managed to transfer 2 to my iPod nano. but there is 35 episodes on my pc, I can transfer music and audio books from iplayer no problem transferring them. Can you please tell me how I can transfer the selected shorts podcasts.I am not to clever with techie things and I am a bit slow and dim. so if you know how to help me, simple instructions please.
