I wish I was in a position where I had that much capital I had to deprive myself of it in order to claim benefits.
I don't know the system and am trying very hard to help people out.
You make it sound like a crime is being committed.
It is not a case of asking how to commit benefits fraud but a case of me trying to help someone out who is on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
