I am in the process of calculating the amount of bank charges to claim. I am unsure about claiming 2 seperate amounts that are on my statements each month. The first is ' Interest' and the second is 'Charges'. They appear every month and I am unsure if I should claim them back. Could anyone help please. My bank is Natwest.
