Price increase notice period
How much notice should you get from your provider about a price increase?.
I called Npower today to say I did not receive written notification about the 31/3 price increase. I was told that the letter were posted in 'early March'. However, the price increase letter came shortly after the phone call. This letter had the date 'March 2006'.
So can they increase the prices from 31/3?.

It will be in your contract and/or terms and conditions you received when they became your supplier.
I would expect it be be 28 days or thereabouts.
