cheap holiday??

I would be grateful if anyone could suggest as cheap as possible holiday abroad for 2 (however i need to renew my passport first though so) between say may and september. I would prefer hot/warm weather but not really hot. It needs to be cheap but cheerful - my boyfriend has never been abroad and I need to persuade him to go again!! I don't mind where (however not Majorca or Menorca as already been - want to try somewhere I have never been), any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

have a look on https://www.lastminute.com when i was looking yday they had 4 night breaks to nice hot destinations from £99 per person

if you are flexible with which airport you can travel from and what dates etc you are more likely to get a bargain

May is the start of the holiday season in most places in Europe, so if you're willing to go within the first two weeks, and accept the fact that not all of the bars/restaurants at a resort will be open then you can get some great deals. Greece tends to come up quite cheap if you hunt around and aren't looking for luxury plus the weather is generally excellent.

Otherwise you will find it cheaper to wait until the end of September when the schools are back as again the prices drop!

The South of France is a great option, particularly if you're willing to drive (dead easy in France). Do an overnight stop-off at a Formule 1 hotel and take your time getting there. This way, of course, you can stock up on cheap wine which offsets the cost of your holiday!

Try https://www.leisuredirection.co.uk who offer cut price deals on all sorts of holidays. Also try the various mobile home holiday companies https://www.eurocamp.co.uk, https://www.frenchlife.co.uk etc.

You can also contact the sites themselves and book independently. Speed Ferries offer the cheapest ferry deals from Calais to Bolougne.

If you do go to France, the big hypermarches - Carrefours etc. often have their own restaurants which are really cheap if you don't want to cook.
I would love to be lazy but can't find the time:exclamati

we have a 6 berth mobile home ...

I would suggest that your regular touting of your caravan for hire is verging on spam.

Quite often it's cheaper to book flights and accomodation separately....

Try the MSE flightchecker, or https://www.skyscanner.net and with a bit of luck there will be some cheap flights to somewhere hot.

For cheap accomodation in whatever location your cheap flights go to, I'd recommend https://www.venere.com - plus I found a 4% discount code in this forum: BK5HX8W

    Hope that helps.

skye...how about the Costa Dorada area of Spain, September will still be nice and warm/hot and plenty to do.
You will get some good prices once the kids are back to school and can use budget airlines to source a cheap flight and as there are planty of hotel in the area prices wont be too high.
If you post your approx dates and budget and if you want 1 week or 2, HB or S/C then you will get an idea on what you will be paying
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel
