My gas meter is on the floor and I at 62 have to get on my knees with a torch so that I get the correct readings. I do it every week so I keep good track of energy usage
The gas reader last week input a reading 200 units higher ie he mis-read 6 as 8. Doesn`t SP teach these people to get to eye level and to use a torch?
I have complained to SP because the incorrect reading is now showing on my online account. Grhhhh, no wonder people get miffed over incorrect bills
