Depends on whether you can clear them or can transfer them when the rates go up and what rates they go up to. Normally it is best to pay off the highest interest rate first but if your 0% has a high balance and goes up to a high rate and you can't clear it then may be best to do that one. So it depends on the balances on each card what you are likely to clear before the rate goes up and whether you can BT when it does. Personally I like to concentrate on one card at a time. Also if you are paying off a 0% card you might as well put it in a savings account and get some interest and then pay off a lump sum just before the 0% expires.
Hope that makes sense.

Indeed I did make it to the gym, I did half an hours of weights then half an hour swimming. It was really busy though, hate it when it's busy. It did make up a little bit fpor stuffing that pizza though!
If you like ice cream you HAVE to make a trip to Sheringham in Norfolk - there is a ronaldo's ice cream shop there and they have every flavour under the sun http://www.ronaldo-ices.co.uk/napoli.html and they all taste exactly like when they say they are - there are actually more than the flavours it says on that link. I had a toffe banana one and if you closed your eyes it was just like eating a cold version of tofee bananas like you make on a barbeque. The cranberry and raspberry one is to die for aswell - its the best ice cream I have found in Britain. I LUUUURVE ICE CREAM
