Andy, best of luck with the teeth tomorrow, hope it goes smoothly for you and your recovery is fast and painless :o

Just a little update, I managed to resist temptation yesterday, I did go for a nosy round ikea and tesco extra (my weakness) but only spent the £15 I had budgeted for dinner/milk etc so feeling very proud.
Its payday today so again ive been to tesco and bought the weeks supplies (why do they never last a week?) so hoping I still have cash to pad for the rest of the week.

I slightly overspent today but all bills are paid for now and ive done everything except fill the petrol tank , job for tomorrow me thinks

Thanks for all the virtual telling offs, i got my cc statment today, min payment is usually £94 with about £87 interest but he statement has been redesigned and obviously ive paid £400 off so min payment is £87.84 now so woop woop I can finally see it beginning to pay off

Hope youre all enjoyig this sunshine, omg wasnt last nights storm noisy?
    Best go, im talking carp

  • No 2nd PAD from me today . . . Ah well ! Got to return to the dentist for about 50 - 70 quids worth of sorting out. Managed somehow to chip some of the work I had done last time & they are going to do some other stuff as well.

Got my anti-snore strips & some nasal spray to try - hopefully do the trick . . . My regular hayfever meds were also BOGOF as well so I was quite chuffed. Also have changed my duvet from feathers to hypo-allergenic synthetic stuff so I think that will help as well.

Right time to stop rambling & start catching up on posts.

Thanks Lil. I'm still getting my head around how I pay my pad's off my loans so am going to sit tight for the next few weeks - keep adding to my piggy bank and then be able to know where I'm at next month, come pay day (only another 29 days to go lol. This month is all about getting on track and living within my means, next month I can start seeing the bills going down with overpayments and pads. Thanks for your help :)

    Afternoon everyone

Hope the day finds you all well.
I'll be joining DT in the "No-Pad-til-Payday" Club.
My debts are going up not down, then to cap it all - I've just broke the wing mirror off my car!

Was parked on a busy road (my friend's brother's funeral today, very sad), and thought "I'll be sensible for once and push my wing mirror in so it doesn't get bashed off by a passing car"
    - Then bl**dy well broke it off myself !!!!!
    More expense........

Could be worse I know. Hello to all newbies and well done to everyone else (where do you get your money?)
Get ready for hamster cheeks tomorrow Andy ;)Good luck
