Danko, If you are going stationary shopping I found it useful to have one of those divided files too, especially when you start your school placements. That way you can put each lesson plan with it's resources in a separate bit, and once you've taught the lesson you can transfer it into a lever arch. (how organised am I :p) We had to write a huge 4 page lesson plan for every lesson, it had to include a risk assessment because we were in a workshop, even if you weren't actually using the machines!

    xx
The pizza sounds like an excellent move Silaqui! :D Those bargains at Dominos are just too yummy! Hope you enjoyed it despite the food babies :rotfl: I've just had gnocchi and tortellini omnomnom...

Thanks for the stationary tips! :D ASDA are being rather :money: at the moment and have some great offers on the back to school stationary. Got me some more post-its (:rotfl:), lots of dividers and some plastic folder thinsg with popper button things if that makes sense. I need more!!

4 page lesson plans?? Do you still have to do the risk assessments for every lesson or are they trying to make you H&S aware and get you in to some sort of routine? I really have no idea but I suppose this is what they're going to teach me!
    xx

    Hey All!

You're all coming to visit!!! YAY!!! :)

Sorry, wasn't around last night. Had to pack for the festival :):):)

I hate packing though and had trouble finding a few things and got very frustrated. lol. Mostly done now though, just need to put the last few bits in there, like toiletries.

Ahhh Pizza, how I miss thee! When you come over, could you bring an Il Padrino from Pizza Express for me? You'll need to ask for it without cheese though as I'm allergic. Oh man, I wanna make one at home now! hahaha

Oh, and Salt & Vinegar crisps. As many as you can fit in your bags. Don't worry about bringing a change of clothes, S&V crisps are more important! hahaha

Hugs to everyone who needs them!

I'm a little bit excited about the festival. I can't wait until the end of work tomorrow. Heading straight home, pick up my stuff and then we're heading to the Festival! WHOOP! WHOOP!

PS, I hear the cakes here are magical too ;)

ROAD TRIP!! So am I picking everyone up on Saturday morning then? ;) I'm sure we could sort something out in the way of pizza for you though - no cheese just seems odd though but we don't want to kill you if you're allegic :rotfl:

Enjoy your festuval euro, hope the weather's fab and you have plenty of cake to kee you going for the weekend :D

    Hi,

I'm new here but from reading your post I'm guessing that you're retraining to be a teacher. Are you mad! I'm a primary school teacher and I've trained teachers in the past and I'm a mentor as well so, I just wanted to say that if you need any help or advice please feel free to ask.
