Thanks for all the lovely messages for my last day! You're all FAB People have said some lovely things in work but I laugh to myself how it takes for someone to be leaving for people to say 'thank you' :rotfl:

77p for me today please mac! All to the Cosmotini mug... I may try and make a bigger PAD on Friday in celebration of my last day :rotfl: But we shall see on the ol' finances.

Sorry to hear things are a bit poop at work. Think we're all having a bit of a bleugh time. Not good to be doing work at home missy! Think it's good to have a life - work balance so try and leave work at home:D

I'm SO looking forward to Friday! :j I really don't want a fuss at work - they normally do a presentation infront of the Company - don't want it. I've told them no but I can't help thinking they're just going to bypass it anyway so I may be 'ill' for Friday yet :rotfl: Then I've got 2 whole weeks off before Uni starts so I'm going to enjoy some chill time, do some Uni prep as that's the last holiday until the Christmas break :eek:

More MSE stationary shopping this weekend! Wilko's is the way forward I think. More of those scary lever arch files methinks!

You'll really upset your workmates. I bet you're very popular and although you'll be mortified - you'll be really touched about how much they care.....

As for me, well I asked for more responsibility and got it, so I have more to do. I asked for more help and got that too, but now the temp person they've got has come from a higher position to "help" me. So that's rocked the boat a bit and unnerved me....
Anyway, just got to get on with it - at least I have a job - for now.

My PAD for today is £3.50.....................yeah I know single and decimal:mad:

I'm for a road trip, the VW looks great, not sure if we could all kip in it but very MSE plus a couple of us are CCC members (camping and caravan club), so cheap stay........................I'll pass on the dodgy cake but put me down for a T-shirt :j

Rang garage yesterday..............new timing belt kit £230, had the choice to either put it on the bosses account and pay bit by bit or go to my own garage (who used to work for my cars manufacturer, its a tricky job) but would have to pay instantly......................well its testament to this site and you guys, I opted for pay intant, cos I have the money to pay cash :eek: no credit card :j OH was very cheesed off about it, you know the way it goes............"only just got a little money and now this"????? who has the money???????????????? but I felt great, it was money I have put aside for car repairs/mot etc so just trying to say .................it works, plus I think I am on course to pay off my little credit card be end of October
