When I reply I have the option to change size and colour so I'm not sure why you can't see it.

On my screen it's above the box you put your text in.

If you have an option for "advanced" then pick that and it should let you change fonts, colours and size of text. Good luck!

If you click on the arrow next to the "A" (with the black line underneath) you can change the colours there
