Musogirl - well done, hun! Enjoy closing that account :j

Euro - good to see you back. Sounds like you won a great prize :T

I wonder if Terri has enjoyed Brighton so much she's not coming back???

Had a good chat with hubby about money. I won't go into it all here, but basically he's had to pay out for stuff that's not his responsibility 'cause the boss wasn't around. The said boss has been away and is now back but is in no rush to repay hubby. I've now had to transfer money to hubby to keep him going. It's a different world for those that don't have to worry about money isn't?  I isn't a happy bunny!

Oow sashybo, never nice to see that in your first pay packet but don't worry, you'll get it back as a rebate, possibly next month. It's all dependent on when your payroll is processed i.e. when did payroll receive your P45 (after the run date?) and it usually takes a couple of weeks for the tax office to catch up on the documentation. But you will get it back :)
    xx

Thanks Danko - my P45 was handed in in my first week but it had to be sent to another office and I think they are pretty busy just now with lots of new starts. So it could be that it's just arrived or been entered too late. Just hope it's sorted for the end of next month as really can't afford emergency tax coming off again.

Happy Birthday to Andy and Silaqui.

Just a 50p pad again today, waiting for click money and payday to come around.

  • Second PaD for me today - went to get my payday hot chocolate (not very MSE but considering I used to have one every day...) and the guy behind the counter gave me two £2 coins. So, added to the other change in my purse that makes a PaD of £4.95
