I just went and did the Mr motivator stuff, apparently im "pear"shape surprise surprise :rotfl:
The body fat calculator said :
Your Body Fat Percentage is: 26.5% You are OBESE.
You are carrying far too much fat on your body, placing your heart under unnecessary strain risking encountering serious health complications such as heart disease, cancer, osteoarthritis, type 2 diabetes and sleep apnoea to name just a few. Get up, get motivated and live a longer and happier life.
I wouldnt mind but im 5" 7, BMI o 24.6 and my waist is 31", ok so im carrying a little extra but I wouldnt say obese, no wonder kids today are sufering eating disorders
Oh it also told me I have a "shapeless" bottom so all in all a very heartwarming test :rotfl::rotfl:
*makes mental note to never go to gm.tv again*
Mumof4 xx:eek: Hardly motivating is it!? :rotfl: It didn't say anything about my bum but I'll assume they didn't want to be more nasty and tell me I had a big bum :rotfl: See if weigh says anything different!
