Morning all :hello: and hi to workingatit (erm unusual name :p)

Off work today and sun is shining :D but next door are building a new kitchen extension and at the moment they're trying to break up old concrete floor with one of those pneumatic drills :mad: it's going right through me and have had to shut the doors and windows but the house is vibrating!! Can feel a headache coming on!!:mad:

Am very jealous of all you lot who are going away on hols! I haven't been abroad for over 3 years now  OH is off for 2 weeks soon and we're going to west of Scotland for a couple of days, so anyone who can recommend nice (cheap) places to stay around PortPatrick area would be much appreciated, also must welcome doggies as am taking Amber with me :D

Upon hearing that her elderly grandfather had just passed away, Katie went straight to her grandparent's house to visit her 95-year-old grandmother and comfort her. When she asked how her grandfather had died, her grandmother replied, "He had a heart attack while we were making love on Sunday morning." Horrified, Katie told her grandmother that 2 people nearly 100 years old having sex would surely be asking for trouble
"Oh no, my dear," replied granny. "Many years ago, realizing our advanced age, we figured out the best time to do it was when the church bells would start to ring. It was just the right rhythm. Nice and slow and even. Nothing too strenuous, simply in on the Ding and out on the Dong."
She paused to wipe away a tear, and continued, "He'd still be alive if Mr. Whippy
    hadn't come along.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Thanks again for the jokes green.

PAD today is £2.48 to HSBC CC. I dont know whats going on at the minute, but i dont seem to be worried at all about money. OH gets paid every Friday and by the time we have paid all the bills etc im normally already stressing by monday about if we have enough to last the week. This week i know we comfortably have enough, even with the PADs.

We have got a busy day today. OH and i are both off work for a few days, so first we are going to have a walk up to the post office and send all the ebay parcels, then we are coming home to really get on with sorting the flat out and packing! So hopefully more stuff to go on ebay later.

Quite an expensive morning for me had to take my beloved 14 yr old collie to the vet, his fur has started falling out:eek:. Luckily they didn't seem to think it was anything serious . But had to add £55 to the overdraft. So i will have to try harder to cut back for the rest of the month to compensate. Just £10.13 today to MBNA.
    Pay day tomorrow!!:T
