    Teetotal!?! Never!!!

Diet seems to have slowed at the mo, I am stuck on 11st... I really don't wanna have to but I think I might have to venture into the realm of exercise_pale_

What about you? How's yours going?

    Sx

Exercise situps1.gifomg.gif .... now wash your mouth out with soap and water young lady ..... using words like that on a family forum ! :rotfl: .... Anyway i reckon Silaqui does enough exercise for us all on here ! ;) ...

My diet has not gone very well this week ..... too many packets of doritos with calorie laden dips ( yummy ! ) and too much tescos' cava ( all for the sake of my extra points ! .... i think i have drunk enough for the both of us ! ) .... Oh well .... my weigh in tomorrow will reveal all !7824.gif omg.gif ...

    Hello everyone!

FAL, that was a massive post well done lol!

DT, my pad today is 6.38 (I think, I can't remember now lol)

Mumofmonkies, 5 foot 2 isn't too bad, do try and reassure her not to be too upset! I'm only 5'4 (well, 5'3and a half really)! She'll always be small and petite and cute, never struggle to find a boyfriend who's taller than her, be able to wear heels as high as she likes without towering over everyone it's great being a shortarse!

    Nice big pad Funkymonkey!

See you all later no doubt xx

Thanks Silaqui. Shes getting used to the idea now :D Dh did his usual cracking jokes last night which seems to have cheered her up no end
The bit about heels is no good for her though, she can barely walk in flats :rotfl:

Shes happy though, were just gonna wait and see now, they could be wrong and she could end up getting upset over something that never happens so shes put it to the back of her mind for now.
Her nannas are all 5ft ish as is her Aunt so its not like were all giants :rotfl:
Shes still got her health and thats whats important, I can think of many things the doc could have told us that are worse so im just happy shes healthy.
    Thanks for replying Sal!

    Mumof4 xx

Payday today so £80 to Vanquis, had been thinking of closing it but will keep it at home I think and use it for CreditExpert and my play dvds (suge a huge DVD fan!)
Am v pleased with myself, after having been so bad last week I've turned over a new (lettuce) leaf with the diet haha! Made myself a huge salad for today's lunch with spicy couscous, caramelised onions, butternut squash and mushrooms with a chicken breast and some garlic oil for a teeny 4.5pts! Means I can have yummy steak puddings for tea from M&S with the OH without feeling guilty! No vino tho as my gallstones wouldn't like it, think they're teetotal!
    Have a great day everyone!x
