    £2.50 pad to DH cap one cc again please Paul.

    Danko *1lb* loss this week. I haven't been doing the weight loss from May i think it was early June but put on 1/2 lb on my first week:o so would rather not count that :D and i lost 2 1/2 lb last week so total weight loss 3lb hth. Aiming for a much better loss at SW this week so watch this space!

    Hope everyone's doing OK? It's FRIDAY!! :j How fab! A relatively quiet weekend for me which makes a change! OH's nephew's 3rd birthday this weekend so we're heading up north tomorrow for a BBQ. Hope you all have some lovely plans?

    Are you getting in to the swing of things with SW? I ate so much yesterday, given it was a lot of fruit and those muller lite yogs but never hungry! :D

    £80 for me today to the evil overdraft. I seem to have paded alot this month but its not going anywhere, prob cause i paid the holiday deposit and had to buy a new washer :mad:. Just had a quick tot up and it doesn't seem to have changed from the beginning of the month.:(
