Best way to buy a holiday Chalet?

We have just been away on holiday for a week to a friends chalet. Brick built and on a small quite site of about 30 chalets. It has increased in value unlike static vans.

Has anyone got links or advice on buying a holiday chalet on the east coast but would look at anything really.

Many Thanks any info.

    Hi,

If you do look at buying one of these .... just make sure you understand the costs ... what is included in site fees, can you rent the property out, how much does the site take in rental fees, how much do they take if you decide to sell, what is the maximum they can put up the site fees by each year, etc ... etc.
