Hi Pammie, how are you?;)
Maybe on this one it would be best if you request a SAR, this way your bound to get something back in relation to your barclaycard.;)
I know this will cost £10 but it may be worth it.
When did you open this account, if in 2003 you can request for now for the copy of the Credit Agreement (CCA) and enclose the small payment of £1 postal order or cheque payment, and they should send by 12 days.
SAR thread here:

Other than that they may be nice enough to send you the CCA free of charge, but you cannot guarantee it, and if they can't supply you with any of this, they should return your payment back with an explanation.
Hope this helps.....:D
Oops forgot to add, as you've no account number, write down as many personal details as you can to help them track down, such as your Date of birth, if the address was different and any different surname XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
hi di !
nice to here from you again, and on a diffrent thread!;)
i already sent the letter to them this morning, just wondered if it might work. if it does, will they send a cheque, do you think, or re-open my account?
knowing my luck, they will re-open my credit card account, put in the money. i wont be able to get to it because i cant have NO credit.:mad:I SPOKE TO A WISE OLD MAN THE OTHER DAY.
