Wrote asking for statement of fees which they supplied for free, showing £80 of charges, wrote back asking for them back, got offer of £40 off account which I took and can send a copy to debt collectors too

LOL not too sure actually I think I was just excited that I finally got a positive response, that I just signed it and sent it back.
Still waiting to hear back from HSBC, Natwest, Nationwide, LLoyds TSB, Littlewoods and GE Money.
OH is waiting on Capital one and Halifax.
