AXA dragging their feet!

Whilst on holiday in April,my Wife had her gold chain ripped of her neck by a couple of thieves on a motorbike.
We're not claiming a life changing sum,£300 to be precise.
We've sent the police statment and the translation, photos, including the scratch marks on my wife's neck.
Then I've had to send proof of tickets,a quote from a jewler for a replacement(This cost me 15 quid)and because my wife is'nt a UK national, they asked for confirmation that she is registered with a GP and that she has been here longer than 6 months over the last 12 of which I have both proved.
This has been dragging on for 10 weeks now and they've obviously checked to make sure we're not fraudsters and the like.
These people are quick to take your premium but when it comes to wedgeing out!

I had an AXA health plan with my last employer, and I found them to be very good then.
(Of course, that wasn't travel insurance.)0 -
You probably have a while to go yet, Axa are not renowned for being great on travel claims.
The necklace may have been covered on your home insurance, you would have found it much much quicker to claim on that0
