I am with BT and I have a wireless connection. The second PC is fine, working perfectly using a wireless system but the primary PC is linked via a cable from the modem.
I cannot get the conection to work on the primary PC.
It simply says cannot configure.
Anyone help me, in plain English, to fix it?
Thanks

Have you tried changing the ethernet cable? Try pluging it into another ethernet port on your router as that one might be damaged.
Also try this, go to start menu > run > type: ' cmd ' (OK) > then type: ' ipconfig /release ' then type: ' ipconfig /renew ' without the brackets ' '0 -
I will try that, most grateful.0
