VC, i've installed it on my computer, i've re started the computer like it said to do..... now what?? it doesn't give an option about cleaning etc, or will it have already done that??

wow, there's a lot of people lurking on here silently tonight.... is there some kind of big news event coming:rotfl:

update....still waiting back from CW after previous update....works fine on my PC, but it may be because of something else loaded on there....so just waiting for "independant verification" before making your night.


Should I release it as a mad frenzy, and take multitude of flack, if it doesn't work, or offer it to the more computer literate first....

Sorry to sound like a drama queen when there is nothing new to report....I'm just twiddling thumbs waiting too!

control panel/printers/name of printer/properties/maintenance

something along those lines

if you google you can get the manual as well

The 'maintenance' tab still isn't there for some reason, i have just found a manual and found the 'clean print cartridges' utility, but it says open HP director, is that what i just downloaded? where would it have saved so i can find it to open it,

sorry aalank...I'm a wee bit busy ...have you tried googling Hp director with your printer number...
that's all I would do
or google clean print head, and printer name
experiment and let us know how you get on;)
