Don't normally use forums but feel compelled to say how much this site has helped my family. I succeeded in getting back bank charges, credit card charges and PPI premiums and compensation totalling around £4,500, which got a family member out of debt. Wasn't without a fight. 2 court cases and 1 appeal to Financial Ombudsman. If you're thinking about whether to, DO IT ! Nothing to lose. THANKYOU MARTIN
