I cannot find any information on their site regarding this, is it a service they do not offer?

    We are with EDF and get an email sent to us when our bill is due. We send them our reading and they send us our bill via email so they do do paperless billing.

    They don't advertise it on their paper bills, which is poor for a company which like to make out they care about he environment.

    I thought they'd also look to cut costs, considering their £25bn debt
