Do HSBC charge for statements?
I requested mine over 3 weeks ago. I got a letter back a couple of weeks ago from the customer reslolutions manager saying that i had not signed my first letter and that i needed to send fresh instructions making sure that i signed my letter, (they did not request for any money ) I resent the letter, this time with a signature but haven't received anything. Has anyone had to pay for statements from HSBC?

I would say if you have kept a copy of the letter then it should have the department dealing with it, and a phone number. Give them a call on Monday and ask albeit under the Data Protection Act 1998 they have 40 straight days to send your data.0
