Paintballing Disclaimer - Is it legally binding?

Ok, So I am going Paintballing tomorrow  and have had to sign a disclaimer... It reads like this:
My question is, Is this really legally binding? I mean, surely if I were to injure myself through neglegence on the company's part (e.g. a concealed large pothole in the grounds they failed to mention in the 'briefing' which I break my neck through tripping in), they would still be liable?
I don't want to sound like a spoilsport, I am just concerned about the full and complete lability they releive themselves of through the above disclaimer and 'Insurance Waiver' as they describe it...
Cheers.
I hereby release, remise & forever discharge from any claims & liabilities whatsoever without limitation that I might have against the game organisers, owners of the property on which the game is being played and or any other player in the game who might injure me however arising. I make this release on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, assignees & administrators.

Yes, you are right. They are not allowed to disclaim any responsibility for injuries caused by their negligence.0
