The draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, River Publishing, HS&P, promoters supplying prizes or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. No purchase necessary. In order to qualify for the Honda Nintendo DSi draw eligible entrants must complete the application form on www.honda.co.uk/enews/competition and submit their application by 30/06/09. Only one application per person. Fraudulent, illegible or incorrectly completed applications will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The prize fund consists of one Nintendo DSi and a copy of Dr. Kawashiga’s Brain Training. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of the prize becoming unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered. The winner will be picked at random, overseen by an independent judge and will be notified by 18/08/09. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. For details of the winner, please send an SAE to Honda e-Newsletter Nintendo DSi Prize Draw, River Publishing, Victory House, 14 Leicester Place, London WC2H 7BZ after 18/08/09 and within six weeks of this date.
