still waiting for the call!!! dh rung them when he came in from work to find out what was going on we were then told it would be later that evening or again today its now 2.19 and still no signs of a phone call, i am starting to think there is no way out of this and that payplan have already looked into us and maybe we wont get that phone call as our finances are so bad
