Hi,
I have recently incurred a £20 late payment fee from Mint/RBS. I wondered if such a payment is included with the excessive unjustly payments included in martins recent Email 'Claim back any bank charges by Dave Smith' as being unlawful. Or is it just wishful thinking
- the payment was made two days late!

I was charged by lloyds tsb amex for late payment (7 days - got mixed up on internet banking + was abroad with no net access at the time) and managed to get it reversed so no harm trying mint.0
