Interest Free Overdraft

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to reclaim bank charges from direct debits ect on an overdrawn account with an interest free overdraft?

I have a student account and i'm always in my overdraft but have paid out hundreds in charges for unpaid direct debits ect over the past couple of years. My overdraft is interest free I don't want to rock the boat by asking for my charges back if i'm not going to get anywhere.

The answer is yes you can claim the charges back, no it shouldn't affect your overdraft because when they went through it would have had an affect at that time.
The likelihood is that it will be put on hold pending the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.
