This is the third time in as many days that a complete newbie has posted with the similiar title regarding the same sort of scam.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Thanks for all your very quick responces, i'm amazed you guys have the time to sit here and monitor the posts.
It certainly looks like its not worth persuing then.
Still be interested in knowing if theres anyone out there who has tried and failed.
I'm seeking advice from the CAB and have an interview next Wednesday with the debt coucillor, fingers crossed, as people say at least i'm moving in the right direction.
Thankyou ROG2 for your comments but i'm definately not trying to promote anything myself and i'm my questions were definately genuine. Nobody likes SPAM do they?
These comments are very welcome though as i trawled through passed posts and did not find out much info.
Thanks again.0 -

Okay, steve - I did say that I hoped I would be wrong - as RAS has said, we have had a spate of 'Newbie Posters' posting on this same subject over the last few days - and most of those have been, contrary to the ethics of this board, actively promoting the type of company that you asked about.
Those posters, unlike you, have received 'short-shrift' from the posters here.
Now - I am sure that your CAB interview will point you in the right direction in 'how best to deal with your debts' but if you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask.
Thank you.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

That this is the third time in as many days that a complete newbie has start a thread entitled something like clear all your debts.
The prices vary from £295 to £500 per account, so I am wondering how many companies there are out there folgging these scams?
Youncan do it yourself for £1 plus the cost of a registered letter, you know?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
I did read that in an earlier post but didn't quite understand. Please explain.0

Apparently if you took out a card before April 2007 you may be eligable to clear off all your debts. the charge I have been quoted is £350 per card, which is not refunded, and they let you know in a few days whether you are suitable candidate.
What is the name of this 'company', steve? I am worried about their statement that they can tell you if your 'claim' will succeed within a couple of days?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. As a extra bonus I have get rich plan , You place a £50 bet on Chelsea to win next game then keep doubling up .Example £50 at 1/5 gets back £60 , then £60 at 1/6 = £70 . Only take 30 wins in a row :j :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

There's a place in Bournemouth really flogging themselves at the moment. I looked them up last night when someone else brought it up, something like No More Debts if I remember correctly.
